PNB & BSNL Launch
“BSNL Bills Payment Thro’ PNB ATMs”

National Bank and Kuldeep Goyal, Chairman & Managing Director,
BSNL, jointly launched BSNL bills payment facility through PNB
ATMs at Corporate Office of BSNL, New Delhi. J.M. Garg,
Executive Director, PNB, RK Dubey, General Manager, Delhi
Circle, PNB and other Top Executives of BSNL and PNB graced
the occasion. |

Speaking on the occasion Dr. KC Chakrabarty informed that the
PNB is always striving to provide banking facility to masses
of the society. This facility shall enable a large number of
BSNL subscribers to pay their BSNL bills through PNB ATMs
across Country free of cost and that too at their door-step.
This will lead to increased convenience to the customers.
PNB has always looked at technology as a key facilitator to
provide better customer service. Bank has implemented CBS in
more than 4350 service outlets in over 2160 centres and a
network of 1700 ATMs to provide "anytime, anywhere" banking to
its clients.
In his address, Kuldeep Goyal, Chairman & Managing Director,
BSNL highlighted the benefits to the customers of BSNL. He
described that, BSNL-PNB join Hands to serve people, which is
historic milestone. He, further added that, with launching of
this facility, around 73.2 million (Landline- 3.06 crore;
Mobile – 4.25 Crore) subscribers of BSNL are going to benefit
across the Country.
JM Garg, Executive Director, PNB, during his address, praised
Management of BSNL for joining hands with PNB to serve the
people. He invited bank's customers to use this 24X7 facility
of making cash less payment of BSNL bills through PNB’s ATM
network across the country.
In her address, Smt. Yojna Das, DDG, BSNL highlighted various
achievements of BSNL especially in reaching out to the masses
through its wide network and technology.
